I highly recommend Launch School's program for anyone who wants to learn how to code and land a job as a software engineer

I am currently a backend engineer for a startup and would never have gotten here if it were not for Launch School excellent program. Launch School prioritizes all the right things that a web developer needs to know. If you are looking for a junior role at a company, this program is for you.

I did not know how to write a single line of code before starting at Launch School. After completing the entire program, I could build applications and show employers my strength in programming. What made Launch School's program extremely useful was its prioritization of the right concepts for its students and its ability to help its students go deep with each of them. Moreover, I enjoyed the balance of independent work effort and the assistance from extremely helpful TAs -- who operate around the clock. If you get stuck or need any help with the problems at hand they will be present to help. Plus, there are frequent live sessions in which members of the Launch School community share useful tips and tricks.

Launch School gave me the technical independence I needed to design and build web applications. Before joining Launch School's program, I had only a choice between the absurdly expensive bootcamp options and a long road of pain and frustration, trying to learn how to code in isolation.
